3. start from the southern region of your face. using slow strokes, sweep up from your chin at a 15 degree angle.
4. switch sides. take your time and give each side individual and equal attention. as you reach your hairline, wave the gua sha to further stimulate lymphatic drainage. repeat five to six times in each area of your face.
