Centering Happiness with Pumeli

i was super excited when pumeli sent me one of their custom gift boxes. packed with goodies, it fit perfectly into my 21 day happiness project and is a wonderful reminder to center happiness on a daily basis.

first, the gift box’s packaging was super special. i was delighted with the quote from thich nhat hanh, handwritten note and thoughtful details. my box included:

the tea is pumeli’s hibiscus breeze blend that includes white tea, hibiscus flower and natural flavor. hibiscus is great for high blood pressure, cholesterol and digestive problems. i love this mix hot or cold and it pairs well with jasmine tea too.
