first, the gift box’s packaging was super special. i was delighted with the quote from thich nhat hanh, handwritten note and thoughtful details. my box included:

happiness planner tea set (planner + tea): at the end of my 21 day happiness project, this planner is great motivation to continue my daily focus on happiness. the planner has a happiness assessment in the beginning and daily prompts to encourage well-being.

the tea is pumeli’s hibiscus breeze blend that includes white tea, hibiscus flower and natural flavor. hibiscus is great for high blood pressure, cholesterol and digestive problems. i love this mix hot or cold and it pairs well with jasmine tea too.

portable tea infuser: the eco-friendly infuser has double-walled glass to keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. it’s 9 fl oz and fits perfectly in my tote bag for my morning commute to work. it includes a removable fine mesh strainer that catches the loose tea while you enjoy your drink. i’ve literally never seen anything like it, and it’s the perfect hack for loose leaf tea drinkers when they’re on the go.
